What is Onyx Trading Live

How the Connection Works
The connection is simple and secure:
1. Download the correct connector for your platform (EA on MetaTrader, cBot on cTrader). 2. Install it on your platform following the documentation steps. 3. Generate an API key from your Onyx account ("Accounts" section). 4. Paste the key into the connector. On your first trade submission, the key is linked to that account number. 5. Done: every trade you open is automatically logged in Onyx.
Security: Onyx never has access to your password and cannot move money. It only receives and records your trade data.
Onyx Guardian: Your Risk Manager
Alongside your journal works Guardian, the integrated risk management module. Guardian automates the rules you set:
- Daily and total loss limits.
- Profit protection and lock-in.
- High-impact news alerts.
- Lot size and max exposure controls.
If you trade in a prop firm or challenge, Guardian tracks your progress against the challenge rules in real time (profit target, allowed losses, minimum days, consistency) on a scorecard called "My Challenge".
Real-Time Alerts
On Elite and higher plans, receive instant notifications via Telegram:
- Funding confirmed or status changes.

Integrated TradingView Alerts

Onyx doesn't predict or give signals: it only executes what you configure in TradingView, with your risk limits respected.
Multi-Account Copy Trading
If you trade with multiple accounts (one master and several slave accounts), Onyx automatically copies trades between them with security PIN and independent risk controls per link. Perfect for managing your own portfolio or funding other traders.
Mobile App: Trade From Anywhere
Onyx is installable as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on iPhone and Android:
- iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Android: tap the install button.
Receive push notifications in real time without keeping the app open.
Flexible Plans
- Free: start logging trades at no cost.
- Pro, Elite and Black Onyx: unlocked based on your needs (more active accounts, Telegram alerts, TradingView signals, etc.).
You can switch plans anytime from "My Account → Subscription". Upgrading is instant; downgrading applies at the end of the billing period.
