Onyx works as an app without any store. You install it from the browser itself in seconds.
Open Onyx, tap Install app and enable notifications. Done.Steps
1Open Onyx in your phone browser.
2Tap "Install app" (on iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen).
3Accept notifications to receive push alerts.
💡 Why it is worth it
With the app installed, the check-in reminder and Guardian alerts reach you even with Onyx closed.

On iPhone, push notifications require the app added to the Home Screen; the browser alone is not enough.
