Everything is managed from My account. You can change plan whenever you want: upgrading charges the prorated difference, downgrading applies from the next cycle.
Before cancelling we offer real alternatives: a temporary discount, pausing the subscription for a few months, or moving to a cheaper plan. It is not a trick to keep you — sometimes what you need is to stop for a while, not leave entirely.
If you cancel anyway, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your data stays there in case you come back.
That is different from cancelling. Deleting removes your account and your trades permanently, and cannot be undone. That is why we ask you to type it out to confirm.
