Onyx AI
It is an AI that answers only with what it knows about Onyx: how to connect, what a metric means, how to set up the Guardian, prices and plans. It does not make things up: if it does not know, it tells you and hands you to a person.
Talking to a person
If you prefer someone from the team, open a ticket from the Support center. We reply by email, and if someone is available at that moment, the chat shows it live.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered here in the guide, with the search at the top. If your problem is the EA not syncing, check the install article first: it is almost always one of four things.
